It did not flop. If you guys are going to keep on comparing his sales to MMLP and TES days, then he will flop on his next album, even if it's a fucking masterpiece.

I didn't read all the posts, but I loved how it was said that TES sold 20 mil, and Encore only sold 9 mil, like that's a bad thing. It didn't sell as well as his previous stuff, but to call it a flop is to call it a failure, and from a business standpoint, ain't no way in hell selling 9 mil worldwide is a flop.

no its not a flop cuz during the same period of time illegal downloading has grown by more than 6x it was when first 2 albums came out.

all those 3 were crap yes but all the other tracks had very good quality to them if you actually understand them in the context they were meant and written.

and to all this guys sayin encore sux, than i ask myself what kind of fuckin eminem listeners u are, encore is not as good like mmlp or tes but it includes songs like "Yellow Brick Road", "Never Enaugh", "Encore" itself "Like Toysoldjers" and "Just Loose It", that are all dopeass tracks

every album of eminem has a special style.

Infinite is more the underground section, SSLP more that EMCEE stuff, MMLP is for Gangster Rap and Rap listeners and TES is quit Hip Hop Style, Encore is a mix of professional rhymin and beatmixin, it´s the grown ass eminem on it, just listen to Like Toy soldiers and all that stuff




BTW I really really hope that royce and eminem gonna do a collaboration again, like the good ass Bad Meets Evil times.
