on the encore subject, its been discussed many times, but i just wanne say.


if another rapper did that album with the same lyrics, beats , flows, delivery ect. would anyone have liked it ?


i also stand by that goin by touchdown/encore/shake that/re-up standard, a rapper wouldnt even get in the game if that was there level.

apparenltly your wrong cause there's plenty of rappers that have gotten not just in the game but gotten rich off songs like Shake That.

but about Encore, one of the main reasons why many fans didn'T like it is because they expected it to be as good Em's previous albums, and they expected it to have the same amount of emotion that Em always had. (by emotion I mean like, feeling that he really means what he's saying)

so if a new artist had dropped that album with the same lyrics, same flow etc... IMO, I think it would have been much more appreciated than Encore was. There are some pretty good tracks on Encore, and people would have appreciated them, no matter who made them. Then during the messing around songs, people would have thought: "ok, the guys likes to make funny tracks" and they would have either liked it and laugh, or just not like it, but they wouldn't have ranted about it for 4 years lol. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it would have been a classic album or anything, not even close, but people would think it's interesting and different than what most rappers tho, and they would appreciate it for what it is, or just not like it.

agreed tsslp and mmlp were nothing special it was same old concepts same old shit

tes was an awesome album because it covered more deep and personal

encore was the same imho although it had 2/3 duff tracks in general it was awesome album

just lowering the standards so he can hit everyone with something crazy.
