that's one of my fave songs on Encore. i think the lyrics are sick, so much hatred in such a short song. he's so mean and ruthlessly honest at the same time, i love it. the lyrics aren't especially deep or ehm.. touching right, more like.. disturbing?.. he talks about a person after all. but the delivery, the way he plays with his voice and flow, i say it's great.

but i hate the very beginning and the sound of him puking, it's just so shallow. i hate it.

yeah I agree, it's one of my fave tracks on Encore too

the puking sounds annoyed me at first, but I don't mind them anymore... and IMO, puking sounds > farting sounds (feel free to debate about that )

back to the track, I liked that he tried experimenting with is singing "abilities" instead of rapping, and even tho he's not that great, at least it's listenable and it's a good catchy song. And the thing is, what he's singing is quite hard to sing, he sings real high at parts, and real low too, so I was kinda surprised to see he tried something that "risky". Like I said, his singing voice isn't that great, but it's still enjoyable.

And I think his attitude is right in that track, compared to the other tracks on Encore.. Well, having an attitude while singing is kinda harder compared to rapping, but at least, he sounded right to me in that track, he didn't sound bored.

It would be interesting to hear another track with only singing from him, but with more "lyrical" lyrics, to see if he could pull that off.

I would say he has a good singing voice from what we heard on Hailie's song imo better singing voice than Kanye West, yet he gets praised for that song.. why can't singers sing and rappers rap?
