Don't know the name, but I remember hearing him say in some interview that the first song he ever made was when he was 13-14 or something. He recorded it on a boombox and only he has the tape.

How does his first single when hes famous mean thats his first song?

It was unreleased, only he has it.

Excluding Infinite and the Fuckin Backstabber tape these are the only songs i remember:

Anybody remember in the interview on Behind The Boards, Em mentions a song he did with Dre in the studio for the Slim Shady LP? I forget the name. Well that's not the first song ever, but speaking of Slim Shady LP sh*t, I thought I'd point this out. I think he did some sh*t in '88 and in the early '90s he had all that unreleased sh*t with Soul Intent or w/e that group was, with butterfingers, manax and all them.
