Maybe hands down.

Flow- perfect, any beat, any intonation, no accents eating up have the words he spits, every word is crisp clear and emotional. Rhymes also hit on a snare, which most on here cant even do, due to thinking complexity comes first before flow.

perfect beat taste- flows to any kind of beat, fast, slow or down right crappy and still makes the rhyme sound good on it. perfect mixing between the instrumental and voice tone.

Lyrics complexity- lyrics are complex to exactly the right extent, no extra words added in a rhyme, every word fits and comes across as a poem line, not an elementary book reading session

Humor- Hip hop without humor is nothing, maybe knows that and when he wants to make a song about nothing he makes it enjoyable and that makes it as much as enjoyable to hear him boast about himself(unlike other rappers that try to sound serious)

Doesnt put out every little song he makes- ive never seen maybe throw out a verse he could use to make a decent song later, to hurry and show it off. Big plus.

Doesnt jump on the "hook making" bandwagon - if maybe the rhyme itself is more interesting then some hook, maybe doesnt fill extra seconds repeating 4 lines 3 times in a row... That makes even the shortest songs sound complete and without need to be changed.

Worked with Maybe on some songs before, and i know how fast he comes up with them, he has a perfect sense of the songs context, so he's best to colab with. Maybe ripped any beat i ever sent him 100%. One of the few peeps on here, id actually put on my ipod and listen to.

quite a few good other mentions, but i dont feel like i can make any good points to distinguish who's better, it would be a matter of my personal opinion.

Btw... i agree that a lot of peeps have flow issues wen trying to rap. I think that peeps is rushing too much, it takes dozens of takes to lay a verse down perfect, hours to polish a rhyme till it has just enough and not too much... no fillers... etc etc... its better to release 2 great songs then 22 average ones.

thank you thank you, you basically read my mind... everything you said about maybe and everyone else i agree with... it seems like people think flowing is easy, if so then you guys are obviously not flowing...

also about him getting thoughts fast.. well i sent him a beat 3-4 days ago, he had the idea nad the frist and second verse done in like a matter of 30 minutes. that's not what impressed me, what impressed me is that it was DOPE!

Best overall for me is vettori for me, then Maybe - but a significant part of the weighting of that decision is because he can sing and rap. Nef is one for the future - I like his voice the best, but I feel his lyrics aren't yet on the same level. I think the best delivery and someone who has at least as much potential as these guys is Hayzi - who was, depsite poor sound-quality, sounding unique, powerful and impressive back in the days when some of the guys mentioned were in their earliest days.

I like bar, I didn't used to, but since the last few months I've been impressed with the origionality more than anything. He still needs work on his general rapping ability to match say maybe/vettori but he has good potential. Killa is in the same boat as bar - the main problem with killa for me is he hasn't found his style yet - when he does, I think he may at least suprise a few people with how good he could sound. A-S-P is one of the most lovable - maybe not the most complicated flows but makes a real track every now and then, well he used to when he was more active. Thomas Aguanis had good potential - he sounded good at 15 years old, but he, as far as I know, isn't rapping nowadays. Kez needs to keep up what hes doing but maybe make half the songs he does and really go to town on a track - this guy has wrote and recorded me a song within an hour in the past - that's craziness. Clarky has shown some sparks of potential - I think with his voice/style us hiphop is a nono - doing uk style music is the way to go and then see how you do with that. There was one or two other guys I don't remember the names of but they had sort of usa styles, anyway theres some talent on tr - I'm sure if people put their mind to it we could be one of the very best forums for tracks. Although I don't know how good at producing we are - theres a few that I know have made some good stuff - does anyone have any links to sounclicks or anything?

Get the fuck out.

Until you have checked most of what TR has to offer, you cannot come in here just quoting who is the best because those 2 are the current most popular members who do it. James doesn't even rap yet.
