Ok... In light of yesterday’s presidential inauguration (A great day) I decided to make A post here about a few thing’s I’ve noticed over the past few month’s,

I like to point out, when I first herd Obama would be running for president I thought to myself... who the hell is Obama? Though after hearing him speak of “hope” and “change” I though to myself “What a wonderful thing”

Thought after becoming the presidential elct, I’ve noticed a lot of what I would call “The great advantage”
that being the support of the African-American people... (96% of the black vote) Fact

Yep I agree though I do believe Obama deserves the job more than anyone and worked hard to get it, I also remember him saying he would tax anyone making over 250k a year so all them rapper’s that got people to vote for him have just cost themselves money thought like you said I think a lot of it was to do with race

Roughly 99% of the people at my high school, whether black or any other color, support Obama. These fuckers don't care about politics. They care that he's young, "cool," and black (yes, that even makes the white kids love him). I've seen about 500 Obama shirts and accessories the past year. Everybody rejoiced when he won the election, and that's all I've fucking hearing these past couple of days.
I'm not saying that I don't support him; I really don't care either way. At this point I stay out of this corrupt, dirty establishment called politics. But I know I won't support someone with that much power simply because I think he looks like a cool guy. If I really wanted to, I could study politics and choose a side in the future, but for now I'm going to remain neutral (unlike almost every person that voted for Obama based on his skin color).
Basically what I'm saying is: If you don't know shit about politics, stop trying to be involved in it.

and yeah, about politics, im sick of it. My roomate (a black kid who i hate.) has soo many republican views on things(for one he is extremely catholic), but he doesn't know a thing about politics, He voted for Obama, when i asked him why, it was because he liked him and he thought hes the best for the job. typical i have no idea of anyhting about him response. He just voted for him becasue he was black. Same with most blacks and a lot of ignorant young people.

I heard my presidaent is black song and it annoys me soo much, its amazing how rappers rap about racism all the time, and than go and be racist themselves. Whats its matter what color he is? it doesn't, sure its big that he is the first black president, but the black people of our country make it so much more than that and it just shows racism isn't just a white thing.... fucking n*****s

I love Obama and i feel like america's a better place with someone reliable in power, though like most people have stated here... it’s sad that the african american population had too vote for Obama just because he's black.
