As the winds brush against the autumn sky
raindrops slid with such an eerie glow
life glistens in the heavens oh so high
and this green linen occupies all the lows.
Colors clashing, forming a rosary of nature
and my pen shines with an ominous lore
my heart beat lies between the lines of my paper
as the letters conjugate within my core.
Twice, has my eyes dripped with liquid rage
with the frame of my body in such compression
a tapestry of life revealed in this one page
and my mind has been taught with this one lesson.
The sky holds on to my deafening screams
as the axis rotate my intimate cries
a man who once held on to his dreams
now slips and falls from the view of eyes.
