hip hop will never be dead. it will just change.

it lives in the streets, where the b-boys, graffiti artists, freestylers and all those people are at. barely alive in the charts.

btw, I got a question, really personal
3.When anyone with a mic and FL Studio can rap.
what's wrong with that?
for a beginning or poor rapper this might be the way to make his songs, to get relief in his lyrics. what else should somebody do? I mean for real :/ does one have to buy superexpensive mics, expensive studios to be a rapper for you? I think you're the killer over here. when hip-hop started, it was actualy cheap stuff, they couldn't affort anything else. and you love that, I know you do. otherwise you wouldn't be talking about this hip-hop is dead stuff. because people with expensive stuff killed it.

I'd say you know Hip-Hop is dead when the artists turn to making Rock or Pop music

when legend's follow the newest trend, thinking they'll get the same response and respect as some of these non talented artist's do, but in the process of it all it just makes them look like a dumb ass

i liked common's trask as well. But im referring 2 everyone using autotune, using the same beat (like a milli), makin up dances, or tryin 2 sound like they from the south. i believe eminem even fell into this category with smack that n touchdown. i'mma huge t.i. fan 2 but em just ruins itttt

He's trying to use those fucking "voices", like his tone in "Touch-Down" or "Fack" or "Ass-like-That"...He needs to stick with his deep "aggressive" voice within (True words of poetry right?lol)... :p

i thought touchdown was a good song but Em didn't do anything wrong, what else could he do with T.I. and Smack That was a big hit and all but nothing wrong with it

are u serious? lol he talks about having nail polish on his rims n his kids coloring with crayons everywhere then t.i.'s verses are more serious than goofy, it just doesnt fit. Kinda like how em's verse doesnt fit in pistol poppin where Cashis is going 2 record a whole song about how hes ready for beef n he dares someone 2 fuck wit him then em comes in saying hes sick of the beef n it needs 2 stop.

Usually cuz alot of the music coming from the south a few years ago was just "snap" music where it was just corny lyrics n a catchy hook that most likely had 2 do with a dance (lean wit it rock wit it,etc.) so thanks to people like dem franchise boys, get rich clique, D4L, paul wall, slim thug, mike jones, etc. the south gets a bad reputation when it comes to hip hop heads. There's still talented artists such as T.I., luda, outcast, and the other artists mentioned above but it's all one's opinion.
