there are some relativly easy plays that you can run in flag football.
What i would do is line up a running back that can throw a couple of feet behind the qb. When the ball is snapped the quarter back looks like he is gunna throw but then laterals the ball to the running back. The running back then takes off running but instead of crossing the line of scrimmage he looks for open recievers and makes a pass.
Other either running play can be made off of this. After u have run this play the opposing team will assume you are going to do the same thing. This time when the qb drops back he fakes the lateral and then just takes off running, when he is running the running back stays a few feet behind him, and if the qb gets too much pressure he can then lateral the ball to the running back and then the running back just runs. The last play that can be run is similar to the first only instead of the running back looking for a pass, he just runs the ball himself.
As far as regular pass plays the best idea is to have all your recievers run short routes, for example button hook, or slants, that way your qb will be able to get rid of the ball before he has to much pressure and cant make a decent pass.
