im not counting my chickens just yet as porto can be dangerous lisandro lopez scores goals for fun and villareal are very hard to beat and arsenal have been a bit of a bogey team over the last few years


chelsea and liverpool fairly predictable even though it was an open draw
barcelona-bayern expect lots i mean lots of goals both sides have great attacks with very dodgy defences

its half time at craven cottage and united are a disgrace what the fuck is darren fletcher doing on instead of carrick or rooney

alot better in 2cd half tho rooney and park both missed sitters schwarzer was unbeatable

ferguson made a big mistake in leaving carrick and rooney out of the first 11

fletcher is about as creative as a rock, berba and ronaldo looked like they didnt want to be out there

:y: Gotta be honest im tired of fans so called lists starting with Ronaldo. Always makes me wonder how long theyve supported United. And tbh, Ronaldo has always seemed a player who will play a amazing game then have 3 average games. Always seems to go missing in the big games aswell....Controversial view of mine maybe???

hes got amazing ability but he just doesnt have the right attitude

he scores against the big teams most matches but doesnt play well with the exception to the 3-0 defeat of chelsea and the champs league final

thought he absolutely destroyed essien that night

lol we should have been 3-0 up at HT but ye got that amazingly lucky goal that got 2 deflections and van der sar slipped just before half time and ye came out and played alot better 2cd half and were the better team

I posted without stating that i do think hes a decent player obviously, who wouldnt think that? I just dont understand the big hype tbh. The 3-0 at old trafford we was VERY poor, No offence cause i know thats a big result for united fans but this whole perception of "we outplayed Chelsea" is incorrect imo. We never even showed up, It was the start of the very evident "Scolaris lost the team" Chelsea. As for the Champions leauge Final i agree but i really dont get why Avram decided on Essien having that role of dealing with him. Normally Ashley Cole deals with Ronaldo perfectly.
