Aight, I am having a presentation about Black Vernacular English … also known as ghetto English or rap English
And this is my task (we’re a group and I got this task), so can someone help me… like giving me some tips or sources or anything?


Show examples of your standard of English from various sources. Is your standard primarily a written or an oral version? Can we find it in both types of sources? Is it formal or more informal? Do the sources represent a cultural expression of some sort (e.g. youth culture, anti British sentiments etc.)?
