Yaki Kadafi was the only on who was going to come forward with information about the killer. He said he might be able to recognize the killer by looking at the photos of any suspicious. The only witness who was willing to help was shot two months later. Everyone will say it was the Tupac killers who did so, so not to get discovered but no, it wasn't them. Napoleon(fellow Outlawz member)'s cousin shot him when they were high and drunk, this was revealed in 2000, 4 years after Yaki Kadafi's death after Napoleon told him to give himself in to the police. The cousin claimed it was an accident due to them being high and drunk.
