Why?

Relapse was an album that isn't very attractive to the common listener. It takes in depth rap understanding to appreciate things like Stay Wide Awake's second verse. If you couple that with a horrendous first single there's no question why Relapse would get challenged.

Black Eyed Peas on the other hand makes fantastically catchy music, there music is perfect for the summertime to just enjoy yourself too, and that's why they keep selling.

I don't know about you, but I'd listen to I Gotta Feelin' over We Made You any day of the year.

well, the black eyed peas' last album was in 2004, or 2005. Then fergie made a solo album, and then everyone screamed, hung themselves, became drug addicts, etc. etc. because they automatically thought the black eyed peas broke up without even thinking about it. then will.i.am brought out a solo album, then the crime rate went up because everyone said 'fergie and will.i.am wanted to make solo albums, therefore they broke up, even though will.i.am made a few solo albums BEFORE he joined the black eyed peas'.

then everyone went into rehab, went to church, etc. etc. when they heard the black eyed peas were coming out with a new album, because they thought they broke up with nothing to back it up. that's probably why they are selling so much albums.


tabu (or taboo) is the next peas member to come out with a solo album.


didn't that happen with the beatles? because my dad said he thinks they broke up several times, and I know the beatles made solo albums. plus, I wasn't alive in the 60's and 70's. anyone here know?
