fluently = like, perfectly. you can speak it as well as you can speak your number one language.

how did you learn?
Dutch because I live in The Netherlands, Arabic from my parents (learned the dialects from friends and TV, lol), English from TV, especially from watching cartoons when I was a lil' kid. And ofcourse school (International Uni), German again from the TV and school, French.. school, Spanish school and my dad speaks it fluently, so I kinda learn from him a bit once in a while. Japanese from friends.
And I forgot one, Turkish. Not fluent, no, but good enough for the time being, lol. (also from friends)
