Sore throat is a silly reason to miss a fast, but if you had an infection or were on a timed medication-that would be a valid reason
i did a couple pratise fasts on minimal diet (cornflakes and an egg) to see how bad the heat gets to you and since its summer time in dubai- your basically fukd around 12 ,lol its around 47 degress here today!
