well most of our actions are based on intentions, its not like you forcedly thought about a naked chic, i mean it scould be a "reflex"-if your a dude ofcourse , but we ask for forgiveness and try to NOT repeat that mistake. In the Quaran its says -Translation ," ALL actions are based on Intentions"
