Yeah I've always thought about that but I thought it was too retarded to ask such question over here. I'm guessing it's something they did once and then it got into a trend that he would always have that sound in his verses. They must find it funny maybe.

It's Swifty's trademark sound so that you kno its him rappin his verse

Jadakiss and alot of other rappers use "trademark" sounds in there verses aswell

(Jada's one is at the start of Welcome to D-Block and The Setup Remix)
