yo guys what do you think about this? I'm going to the classes and meetings about 2 month , and I have ReiKi 1 till now , I think it's good and makes me feel better .

I am very sceptical about Reiki. I believe it is not the Reiki itself that heals or makes people feel better.. i think it is the attetion you get. The relaxation is important, but I dont believe in energy flows and crap like that..
So it might work if you are comfortable with it. For me, it is bullshit.

Maybe but the others that I did ReiKi On them reacted very good and had positive feeling
