its the difference between real and fake.. my father often goes to china.. he brought some shady cd's and some of xzibit.. they look real but if you look very hard you can see its faked...
so every legal cd is about 15 - 20

I know..I am talking about original cds..in italy they all cost that much,also the old ones..that's kinda a thief..

In Ontario here, The cd's range from $14-$30
But there are specific ones that cost more, Like say a New Tupac album drops, or even the old ones, They cost like 40
It's wierd how it works....But It doesn't really bother me
