It's kinda hard to explain, but i'll try.

You cut the bottom of a 1.5 L bottle. Take off the bottle cap and fill the bowle (aluminum foil with holes work great) with weed.You fill a 20 L bucket 3/4 full with water, put the bottle in the water so the bottle is almoast ful. You light the weed and pull the bucket up. If the bottle cap was still on it would create a vacuum, but instead air comes in the bottle through the lit weed creating a lot of smoke inside of the bottle. Take the bowle/aluminum with weed off, put your mouth to the mouth piece and push the bottle down. The water rises and the smoke get pushed hard down your lungs. Two of those hits and you'll fucked up for a while...
