I was hopin that bomb would miss the Moon and come back at Earth like a boomerang, blowin away at least the half of it. But I guess thats off the map... :coffee:

NASA said it was a success. The rocket kicked up enough dust and they collected the data they needed.

$79 million to do it though. let's hope it was worth it.

I don't see the big deal *shrugs* They wanted to see if there was water on there so they bombed it. Highly doubt it would effect us though. But yeah...I don't think we really need to know what's going on up there...they need to sort us out first :y:

It's important to do research about the moon and planets close to earth. We may actually need to live there in the future, so the search for water is kinda importent...
