I Need To Say Some Things.

As a respected member of the community of TR, I need to address some issues regarding the Forum's stability and welfare. Although I haven't been a member for a very long time, I've been here long enough to know how good this forum can be with the proper moderation and community control. This forum has been on a steady decline for the past two months due to negligence of the Mod/admin staff(Besides you and SaJn) and that has caused many members to leave. Valuable members to the contribution of the forum as a whole. (Danii, James R, McMaybe, Lil Pimp, Chett Star) and I've heard other members talk to me saying that they might leave if the forum doesn't regenerate to the old ways it was before. What the forum needs, is a working, breathing, administration. A staff of competent, level headed people like SaJn and yourself who can control and keep steady the functioning of the forum. How can a forum run well when the main component, the engine, is broken?

There has to be order and law in a society for it to run properly, and I know you know this. Why haven't you done anything about it yet? The life sustaining ability of this forum will eventually succeed in dieing, and that is not the success that me, you, or anyone wants to see. SaJn is getting tired of being the only able body of authority in the forum, it's evident in the posts he makes. Nobody listens to him, and he needs backup in order to keep things.. in order.

So, I have devised a very thorough examination of how you can control this and keep it controlled;
1.) Remove many of the people who just have the name to be a different color then the majority of the forum. We do not need admins/mods who have the color but do nothing with it.
2.) We must, and we as in the community, need to see that you care about this forum in order for others to care, meaning you must take action fast and concise.
3.) Recruit people with the ability to be on, and stay active, with the respect of the forum behind them. No need to recruit people whom the forum has a very bad reputation too. Also recruit a certain mod to a certain section, that way the work doesn't become to overwhelming. Also have 2 new administrators who can monitor the whole forum.

I believe that those steps and precautions will make this forum a better place for anyone to participate in. Please take the time to consider my points and concerns, and just think about applying it. Thank you for your time.

Well in the end its not only up to the mod team to save a forum. It's in the members itself to keep this place fun. I do agree that the modteam needs a change but there is work in progress on that subject. Good post though anon.

I think that tr should remove all these inactive accounts so the forum can run more smoothly. Those account are useless,unless you want to mistakenly show that the site have a lot of users.

I have to agree with those 3 points. All of us as members of this forum can make this forum a better place and not let it die down. I was losing interest in this forum making me come less.

Yeah agreed we need a certain mod for each section, CW, Rap battle, audio, or combine the music to one person like a little sub mod if you have to to help spread some responsibility among members. Just a though. Props Anon
