Be careful with that jailbroken shit. My 1st itouch was jailbroken, then all of a sudden it just froze. Wouldn't do anything at all. Tried plugging it in and restarting it. Nothin. And when I took it to the apple store they wouldNt do anything cuz it was jailbroken. I'm so addicted to my itouch, so I had to sell my broken one on ebay and save up 4 a new one. So, just be careful cuz if u need help from apple store, they probably won't help.
But, yeah an app would be cool, but really no need 4 one.

theres no harm in jailbreaking, trust me, u might just be a little technologically retarded![]()
i guarantee your ipod didnt break, u probably just needed to put it in restore or dfu mode... theres a whole community online for ipod touchs that can help anyone better than the apple store
it is literally impossible to break an ipod from jailbreaking and thats a fact
InMy64 wrote: NO. You missed the point of what i was saying. I'm not saying it broke because it was jailbroken. Sometimes technology just breaks for the hell of it. It could happen whether the ipod was jailbroken or not. I was trying to say that if you ipod happens to break (dropped or just stops working) apple wont help you if it was jailbroken. even if it still is under warranty.
I'm pretty sure mine broke because i left it in my car when it was cold as hell. Wouldn't respond to anything i did (tried plugging into computer and holding the power button). Usually if that happens and it is still under warranty apple will replace your ipod, unless it is water damage. they did it for me when i had the very first ipod and i crapped out on me and with my ipod mini.
And by the way, I AM NOT technologically retarded. My job is working strictly with technology. I just dont have that much knowledge about the internal workings of cell phones and mobile devices. I was just trying to give some advice cuz it took a long time for me to afford a new one. In my opinion it was not worth it to jailbreak it.
