Tha Hood (Cartoon)

Ok, im making a Cartoon series, it is going to be called "Tha Hood", im not sure how i am going to animate it, so can anybody give me some tips, i got all the characters down, plot and everything, i just need to make it happen, so any help will be appreshated, and if anyone wants to help, with voices or stuff, just ket me no
Straight jacket with a hundred eight brackets, and a strap that wraps twice around my back, then they latch it!

Learning to animate isnt something you do fast. You gotta learn how to use flash, and it can take a long ass time to get the program and actually start working with it. But once you do, flash is great.
