Hip-Hop New Full Song

Postby classthe_king » Nov 17th, '09, 21:42

An emotional piece, expecially the first verse so feed would be greatly appreciated :flower:

Intro:
Little white boy. He don't know hip hop. He ain't a gangsta. Living in the house with both his parents. In the burbs, in the burg. He ain't a rapper, he ain't lived the life, who he think he is?

It started way back when I needed the support J-Mak
At night I would pray that I belonged but I replaced that
Cause they soon betrayed that trust from when I conveyed Mak
It was always the same crap, when they did drugs I stayed back
At home and laid tracks and soon I knew I had gave rap
A road, or a straight path to my heart, I would embrace that
It's like I was on the train track heading to the land of sin
Cause now the span begins where I find who I am within
I couldn't stand it when ... Taylor Hamilton
Picked another man again, I would've let loose but damn this pen
Was the only thing keeping all of my emotions packed in
A cold blooded assassin, alone with nothin but rappin
So I trapped in all the rage n anger before I lashed out
At every stupid mother fucker that didn't back down
You laugh now but it's the only thing keeping me alive
And it seems like the only thing thats needing me to thrive

Chorus (x2)
Hip-hop aint dead, they’ve just changed the game,
You gotta have a club banger for everyone to sing ya name.
You may complain, that every song sounds the same,
But that’s what the people want, that’s what will bring ya to fame.

Thinkin of a master plan
To get these hip hop heads eatin out my hand
Cause when you look at all the effort and time ive spent
You'll see ive dug deep but have only come up with lent
Ive fuckin bent over backwards givin it all to hip hop
But for now it stops right after this shit drops
It's like ive hit rock...bottom, and it can't get to me
For the second I taste victory im going to make history
It's a great mystery; the way that Sentus' words go
I sensed this slurred flow has a relentless first blow
That will torment this cursed foe n augment the worst known
You'll resent this birth so I won't spit this verse slow
And begin to emerge so the intent to purge hoes
Of this shit is first thrown into the pits of surged thrones
I've relit this burnt flow and it's given me a face of scars
But I can still hit you with the beat till you taste the bars

Chorus (x2)

My aura takes control so your struck at a glance
When I step inside the beat its like im stuck in a trance
I always play my own hand and leave nothin to chance
So I draw the blade and fight if I want to fuckin advance
I don't need luck to enhance, im making the perfect piece
But all this hate and disregard is wakin the lurking beast
Right now the future of hip hop is in a state of emergency
Someone needs to step it up and it’s blatant with urgency
Your mistaken the purpose see, we fight or the lions will get us
We will silence the critics once the rage and violence will hit us
Our defiance has lit us a spark that will make everyone fall today
Your fuckin crazy if you think I'll tolerate this dull parade
It ain't all for play, it's for the faces that have been soaked in tears
For the deepest terror inside the flow that has been provokin fears
"You know what fuck this white boy, I miss the golden years"
You know what fuck your golden years, King Midas has spoken here
You think your personal attacks make up for what you lack?

Your best piece so far, IMO. Flow was great. Filled with crazy multies. The concept is the thing I dig the most. Chorus was outstandin too and pretty catchy.

My favorite lines:

It started way back when I needed the support J-Mak
At night I would pray that I belonged but I replaced that
Cause they soon betrayed that trust from when I conveyed Mak
It was always the same crap, when they did drugs I stayed back
At home and laid tracks and soon I knew I had gave rap
A road, or a straight path to my heart, I would embrace that

Multies are fuckin incredible and the flow is insane.

t's a great mystery; the way that Sentus' words go
I sensed this slurred flow has a relentless first blow
That will torment this cursed foe n augment the worst known
You'll resent this birth so I won't spit this verse slow
And begin to emerge so the intent to purge hoes
Of this shit is first thrown into the pits of surged thrones

This was my second fav part.

Overall :y: :y: :y: :y: :y:

FLow is a bit choppy (especially the third verse) and the chorus needs improvement (4 lines and repeated 2 times is too much imo). Multies are great, though, so is the rhyme scheme. Definitly one of your best to date. Just tweak the flow and fix that chorus and it'll be perfect.

Perhaps, but a song like this needs something else, I can't quite name it right now, but something that's more straight to the point. Like two lines that bring across the point you want to bring across, repeated 2 times, would be perfect.
