MidEv!L Poetry (chapter 1) [The Unseen Light]

got real bored...let my mind go off in 10 different directions...
I was influenced to write this after listening to Hed PE's "Jesus Of Nazareth"



I toss & I turn grab the cross & I burn
the pages from the bible it stops when I learn
life is make believe all our dreams are non fiction
you can only dream of where you go & take whats given
live life in a prison that we call planet earth
ask what lifes worth? you see the sand & the dirt?
that's what we walk upon from the night untill the dawn
untill the year of 2012 when the sun lights gone
the globe keeps turning the bible turns to ash
what's the chances of survival looking back at the past?
war, corruption, volcano eruptions
all these crazy thoughts just keep interrupting
the way we all live & the ways of mother nature
bow down to your creator your all in great danger
the world will come to an end when the time is right
all we do is see the shine of the unseen light

i like descriptive pieces homie and hence realli like this verse
flowed reali reali well, had some really good lines as well
keep it comin homie

this kinda reminds me of poetry rap, like you wouldn't rap this over a beat per say but you'd just spit it acapella..

it's descriptive like arabian shady said, maybe a bit toooo descriptive.. but the rhyming was nice nonetheless.. flow seems a bit too choppy..

but i like what you rapped about bro, haha it's kinda cool cause i got into what you were saying and i was like fuck..."i'll just finally turn 21 then die"
