Buying and Downloading

In general, i hear people say "music ain't the same nowadays, i just download stuff nowadays cos it's easier and cheaper". I just wanna see who here still goes and pays for CD's and support the music that they like or who just leeches and downloads everything. I tend to download and then buy if it's good enough cos i feel that people who bitch about crap music nowadays but then support a good CD by a good artist is a hypocrite. I mean i wouldn't buy a single or a mixtape but having an physical album of a great cd is better than dl'ing in my books

if i know i like the artist..then i'll buy from itunes & once in a blue moon on a cd...but if i don't really know the artist that well or only like a couple of songs from the album, or i just happen to see an album link of an artist i like then i download. i really couldn't give a fuck if i'm supporting the artist or not if i'm honest, i don't have money right now to waste on them.

I download the album. If I really like it and enjoy it then it deserves to be bought so I buy it and support the artist.

Download. And once a year I buy a CD. Only if I totally loooooove it, or if i support the artist.

If it's an artist I like and they release a really good CD, then I'll buy it. If it's sub par, or I"m just getting into the artist, I'll download.

Depends. But it's usually downloading first and buying later if I happen to have the money.
