Not at the gym actually, like just at home/outside, go out running etc.
Im only 13 btw, 14 in february.
For the moment, i only want to get skinnier.
My weight is 68KG, my length is around.. 1,67.
But my problem is, i don't know how to eat/when to eat.
I also have this at home;

It's pretty good, but that's like.. My problem, want to help me out? What time to eat, how much to eat, what to NOT eat etc.
My current schedule (@holidays)
Wake up at 11
Eat breakfest at 11.30
Start working out at 12.30 -> 13.00
Take a shower 13:00 -> 13:20
Just chill until 15:00.
15:00 -> 15:30 Lunch
16:00 -> 19:00/20:00 just chill with friends
20:00 Eat something easy, like a sandwich
20:00 -> 24:00 just chill at the comp or something.
Help please!
