So hey TR, im going to start working out.
Not at the gym actually, like just at home/outside, go out running etc.
Im only 13 btw, 14 in february.
For the moment, i only want to get skinnier.
My weight is 68KG, my length is around.. 1,67.

But my problem is, i don't know how to eat/when to eat.



I also have this at home;

It's pretty good, but that's like.. My problem, want to help me out? What time to eat, how much to eat, what to NOT eat etc.

My current schedule (@holidays)

Wake up at 11
Eat breakfest at 11.30
Start working out at 12.30 -> 13.00
Take a shower 13:00 -> 13:20
Just chill until 15:00.
15:00 -> 15:30 Lunch
16:00 -> 19:00/20:00 just chill with friends
20:00 Eat something easy, like a sandwich
20:00 -> 24:00 just chill at the comp or something.

Help please!

ok imo & wat drs say on tv
dont eat junk food or frozen food or restaurant food 4 awhile i kno its hard but u gotta anythin processed is bad
make home cooked meals only from scratch
if u like i can giv u vry healthy recipes of cookies/cakes/pizzas... tat hav vry lil fat in them
eat lots of fiber (beans...) veges fruits
eat only whole wheat bread/pasta/rice
4 awhile lessen ur carbs
dont eat 4 hrs b4 ur bedtime try 2 finish dinner.. by 6/7pm
brkfast shuld be bigger meal than othrs
drnk only water like 3-5 glass is good
no mo sodas
cut alcohol 4 awhile
eat vry slowly enjoy ur food like each meal esp if its big eat for like 30 min take ur time talk 2 othrs
chew ur food proply
try substituting food 4 junk
like eat natural nuts tat dont hav oil or salt on them instead of chips..
eat natual air popped tat u did from scratch popcorn
eat nonfat yogurt u made @ home parfait instead of ice crm or butter
smaller portions
dont eat till ur stuffed jus enough tat u feel full & happy

Uh.. im from sweden, so i don't really know o.O
Im a boy.
Yeah, i don't really eat fat-food alot, my mom cooks me the meal and shes really good at cooking, i eat alot of vegitables etc. Well, fruit!
66.1 in inches, 149.6lbs

I can actually stay away from popcorn/cookies etc. but it's just like, its my first time doing this stuff so it's abit hard.

So if i got this right:

Eat a big breakfest, and do not eat much at the other lunches/dinner times? :unsure:

tat eatin less durin ur othr meals is betta
ur biggest meal shuld be brkfast cuz u burn it off mo
if u think abt it it does make sense cuz usuly esp afta dinner u dont do much afterwards then u go 2 bed ya kno?
but afta brkfast ur day has jus started so u walk arnd mo/burn ur cals of mo

im 1.95 and like 70kg lol im a skinny mofo that wants to get bigger.. Well first of all i think your way to young to start working out, you should be done with growing before you start working out. Who knows you might grow another 20cms and lifting weights can really fuck your back up.
Doing sports could never hurt so running every day or joining a footbal team is a good option but your too young to worry about your weight and make day-schedules man, just see what happens when your done growing.

Cardio isn't really my field, but I would recommend you hit 15 before you start hitting the weights.
Before you start a training regimen, you should determine what body type you have. Basically, you are either an ectomorph, a mesomorph, or an endomorph. Look up the criteria and an image for each body type, decide which you are closest too, and go from there. I tell you this because each body type will respond to a certain type of exercise very differently. You're too young for fat burners. Stay away from those.

dont u watch tv/read...?
tats wat the drs recomend
well wat time do u go 2 bed?
if u stay up till like 2am or after
then u culd eat afta 7pm
they say stop eatting 4 hrs b4 bedtime
if u go 2 bed @ 10/11 then u shud be done eatin by 6/7pm

yea u cud do sit ups
or put on a music & dance/jog in place/jumping jacks
so many exercises u cud do @ home

If you want to lose fat so you just have to eat less calories than you spend, simple.

But you want to get skinnier? if you're 68kg and around 167cm so I think you are skinny? At least I'm skinny and I weight the same but I'm 175cm.

But some tips so eat 4-5 times a day, don't eat fast carbohydrates (basically junk food), don't eat much carbohydrates late at night, you won't need them much when you sleep and finally eat less calories than you spend.

It's good to write down everything you eat and how much like a week or two and then calculate how much calories you've eaten etc. Then you know a bit if you should eat something less and so on

Thats bullshit, just dont eat an hour before u go to bed
Eat when your hungry, and just eat until u arent hungry anymore, simple way to stay thin

WIthout eating right, you will not have the same progression, maybe not progress at all. (Thats for weight-lifting). MAny thinks that its smart to eat less and workout more, but thats not true, then u will "crash" sometime and it will get seriously bad. Eat 4-5 small meals a day, with 3 hours inbetween.

Do you get a lot of protein? (Fish, Beef, Chicken, Eggs). If you do, Divide your protein troughout your day.

Oh i just looked at your age. Just do 3 times 30 pushups and situps before you go to bed or sometime until your atleast 15. U could do cardio, jump a rope for example? Thats good cardio.
Or join a boxing program, or kickboxing, its fun and its great.
