I stand up for my beliefs too. They deserved to be banned, they were doing basically the same thing Sticcy or Kosovic did, trashing other members for no apparent reason, double accounts, posting people's pictures without their consent, etc. If I unbanned them, that'd mean I'd also have to unban Sticcy, Kosovic (and believe me, I really want to do it) and bunch of other idiots who got banned for some reason, since that would be fair, wouldn't it?

Scott complained about this forum anyways, I just made it easier for him to leave. He (or Anon, I don't remember which one) posted my pics without my consent, so I kinda could've felt abused, but since I'm a mod, I apparently don't have any rights here (like the right to privacy, because he digged through my myspace and posted a pic from there, also added few details. Yeah, I know that I'm making them public anyways by posting them on myspace, but I never said I'm willing to post them on a forum, especially not with unnecessary details, so don't pull this argument on me), since then it'd look like "abusing my power" and it'd mean I'm "biased" and like you said, I'm taking sides here.

I could say the same about Sarah or Sophie, because Anon seems to take the easy way and usually starts talking shit about girls on here with no apparent reason. I never once said you were abusing your powers, I simply am stating; you are using them wrong or you're letting other things affect your decision-making. The plenty of times they were banned before were stupid bannings, which is why they got removed; therefore you can not use that as an argument.

Ask maybe, plenty of times he banned someone. If I felt it was wrong I went and talked to him. I told him why I felt he was wrong, I explained him why and sometimes he would unban them. Maybe was reasonable. He would listen to me and other members if we felt he was doing something wrong. Idk about asp cause only time i see his posts is like once a year. Now I'm trying to be reasonable with these new mods and explain to them why they need to unban them, they aren't listening though..which brings me right into your next point:
