-A young 50 Cent appears at the end of Method Man and D'angelo’s video “make ups 2 breakups.”

-Ol Dirty Bastard and LL Cool J were supposed to work together. Then, when they were in the studio, ODB pissed on one of L's platinum plaques (he was drunk, surprise, surprise) and LL threw him out.

-Big L was murdered as revenge for something his brother did. He was shot 8 times, including in the head cps the killer had a beef with his brother, who was in jail at the time.

-Freddie Foxxx put a gun in Benzino's mouth on the Flavor Unit tour bus, because Benzino would not stop talking shit about what a thug he was.

-Shyne is one of the most realest dudes in rap. He sold drugs major & does have bodies under his belt, “the life” off his 1st LP is supposed to be very true minus a few exaggerations.

-Xzibit is originally from Detroit, Highland Park Michigan to be exact.

-Shyne used up all his phone time for the next 6 months just to get at 50.

-Mase burned a Wu Tang flag, and Ghost punched him. “If you could feel how my face felt, you would know how Mase felt” -Kanye

-Tupac did have some of his enemies killed, Stretch of the Live Squad was one of them. Tupac fell out with Stretch after the robbing & shooting at the recording studio, he also became close to Bad Boy going to Biggies concerts. Stretch was murdered execution style in Jamaica one year to the day after the Tupac shooting.

-The reason why Shyne talks like he does is cos he got shot on the chest, and it amplified his speech. You can see the scars in the ''That's Gangsta'' video.

-In Superhead's book, she talks about how Puff got Xzibit high off shrooms, and took him to a gay club. Xzibit was sober enough to realize after a while.

-Mariah Carey is the token industry whore, rumors of everybody from 50 & Em to Puffy & Mase have passed that ass around.

-Reasonable Doubt was the only Jay-Z album realesed under Priority/Rocafella, The collective- Jay, Dame and Biggs own the rights. Jay offered dame dash Rocafella if he would just give him 100 percent rights to Reasonable Doubt, Dame refused, as a result Def Jam bought Rocafella, gave Jay presidency position, gave him the publishing to every other Jay album (besides RD) and gave him 100% of Rocafella.

-Jay-Z was told by Scarface to change Reasonable Doubt because he name dropped dealers.

-Sean Paul is not allowed within 100 feet of Beyonce or Jigga cause during the shooting for Baby Boy, Sean Paul tried to scoop Beyonce by dissin her man sayin somethin along the lines of "get wit a cute nigga like you deserve", 50 cent tried the same thing too.

-Singer Houston did not try to commit suicide by jumping from a window, it was a cover up for something much deeper. Back in 05, before a show he had an emotional breakdown (he had previously spent time at an institution). While under the influence of PCP he gouged his left eye out with a fork and now has a glass eye. Houston admitted causing harm to himself cos he couldn’t handle the pressure of the industry & the way his record label wanted to portray him. He was “too thug & needed to let go of the demons” before he could move on.

-Benzino was one of the main reasons why Boston had such a small homicide rate in the late 90's, the Feds put UC's on every block and had a lot crazy shit going on so Benzino got a lot of the heads of the bigger gangs together to unite so that not everyone got locked up. That saw the murder lessen and the Boston police taken credit for "doing away with crime in a big city".

-A member of Wu got jumped at Suge's club in Las Vegas and Pac didn't like the way it went down and told Suge to squash the beef and he agreed outta respect.

-Q Tip got fuked up so bad by one of the members of Wrexx N Effect that he lost partial sight in one of his eyes. This is why Q Tip wore a mask in the video for "Hot Sex". There was also some intervention by a neutral party to squash this beef between Wrecks N Effect and Tribe.

-When Nas came to Boston around 94/95 somebody in RSO Crew (possibly Benzino) walked up to Nas and sonned him by knocking his baseball cap off of his head. Supposedly, in retaliation Olu dara (Nas’s father) slapped Benzino’s father and said “What the fck is wrong with ur family?” Everyone was shocked but after that their sons met up and squashed the beef.

-Rakim recorded a diss cut aimed at Kane for "Let The Rhythm Hit Em" and had a verse on the title track itself aimed at him. Kane heard about this and called Rakim to squash it and Rakim went on to scrap the track and remove the verse. This is true according to an interview BDK did with XXL.

-Eric B. did security for Mike Tyson throughout much of the 90's & use to do bodyguard work for Suge.

-Eric. B beat down Large Professor and ran Kool G. Rap out of New York to Arizona after Kool G. Rap revealed Large Pro produced most of the beats Eric B was supposed to have done on the Eric B. & Rakim albums and "Wanted Dead Or Alive".

-LL Cool J and Kool Moe Dee came to blows one night backstage.

-The thing that sounds like a flute in Kanye West’s “Jesus Walks” is actually vocals by John Legend.

-Another reason the Jay & Nas beef started was cos they were at a club chillin one night & Jigga says
"im better than biggie now that he's dead." It was in Felon Magazine around the time Stillmatic dropped, Nas said that Jay told Nas not to diss Bleek and that Beans would never sell more than Gold, and that he was better than Big. Jigga never denied it.

-50 & Ja beef started cos 50's dude saw Ja in the club and robbed him for his chain, so Ja thought that 50 was the culprit behind the whole thing, like he sent his man to do it, and the rest is history.

-DJ Premier stopped workin wit Jeru The Damaja cos Jeru got pissed when Premier was fuckin his sister.

-Someone got jacked at a Soul Assasins studio session while GZA was there and everyone but GZA was forced to strip, this is known to be very true.

-Pete Rock was fuckin Nas' baby momma (who wasn’t DAMN) and Nas got wind of this and thats why they dont work together anymore.

-Ghostface & Capodona ran in to one of 50's boys (ZOO) at a block party in Staten Island, D.P from Killah’s army took Zoo’s watch because he was talking to his girl and they stomped him out. Few monnths later 50 seen Ghost at Def Jam and they exchanged words and then 50 put out that diss track, thats how that beef started.

-The real reason Jay-Z doesnt like Camron is cos Dame Dash gave Camron temp CEO position of Rocafella at one point while both Dame & Jay were away on business/vacation, Cam was talkin shit on radio stations, screamin at heads who work there like he started the business from the ground up like Jay did & Jay didnt like that.

"Tupac blamed Jacques Agnant AKA Haitian Jack for setting him up in the sexual assault trial. Tupac got the maximum penalty while Haitian Jack got 3 months suspended sentence. It was rumoured that Haitian Jack was a Federal informant. Pac shouts him out in Makaveli “Against All Odds" & also the reason why he had beef with The Fugees.

-Puff was a back up dancer for Kane & Heavy D sometimes.

-Russell and Puffy had a fall-out due to an argument that Puff & Kimora (Russell's wife at the time) had at a club, it got real ugly.

-Treach from Naughty By Nature has done porn movies and is Pepa’s (from Salt N Pepa) baby daddy.

-Master P was talking smack about the East Coast or something, and either Meth or Raekwon smashed him in the face. He also got slapped in the face by Treach cos P dissed his girl in a song. “im the microphone checka / i hate Salt but i love Peppa” – Master P.

-Joe Budden owns numerous cars, including a Hummer, and Ferrari, but chooses to drive his 93 Toyota corolla wit factory rims (back in 05). Joe is not broke as many ppl think, he doesnt make any money off of album sales, but he is probably the smartest rapper around right now, he owns his publishing, which means millions of "Pump It Up" dollars.

-Memphis Bleek is not fake as everybody thinks, he actually sold drugs and was pushin weight when he met Jay, before the rap shit started poppin off Jay made him stop because he was only 15. Bleek’s boy got gunned down over a dice game and Bleek adopted his daughter.

-In Bedstuy and Bushwick, Big and Jay had some famous battles in the street, and in their high school, Biggie always said Jay won because Jay rapped too fast. Jay also battled Busta in their high school, Lil Kim also attended that school.

-Before reasonable doubt, Jay-Z and Jaz-O ran into LL cool J at a club, LL recognized Jaz and they spoke, Jay approached and asked to battle, LL didnt back down, Jay won the friendly battle, thats why LL to this day never takes offense when Jay calls himself the best rapper alive, or best rapper dead or alive, when LL claims goat.

-Nas is not really welcomed back in Queensbridge.

-Beanie Sigel and Memphis Bleek were recording an album together called "From My Hood To Your Hood" when Bleeks brother Dre was in a near fatal accident, Bleek disappeared from rap for a while getting his brother the best medical treatment in the country and keeping his mother away from it so she wont be hurt by her sons pain, sending her on vacations from miami to san tropez.

-Mobb Deep met in art and design high school in the city and Hav was originally planning to run up on P for his walkman but mutual friends interfered. -Treach from Naughty By Nature has had beef with everyone from Twista (claims he was lifting his flow) to Jermaine Dupri (claims that jump shit from Kriss Kross came from their shows) and has had numerous friends who he's lost to death including two of his closest road dawgs, 2pac and Eazy E

-Suge Knight and Petey Pablo are rumored to have become very cool with each other when Suge strong armed Petey's way out of his long term contact with Jive where he was getting raped for his loyalties and publishing. Timbaland had gotten him signed there and Petey was upset that most of his budget went to cover Timbo's production fees and even after two semi successful albums he was still in debt to the label. Petey was also signed briefly to Def Squad but had a falling out with Erick Eermon and was released and have not spoken since.

-Memphis Bleek has the most fcked up hairline in america. That is why you have never ever ever seen him in public without a cap or doo rag. (lol anyone hava pic without sumthn on his head?)

-Erick Sermon, one of the dopest producers ever, was dropped from J Records after having one of the RIAA'S (recording industry association of america) most played radio single ever "MUSIC". The reason? The Marvin Gaye sample was the most expensive lift ever and whatever profit the song made was used to pay the publishing of the song to it's license holders. That and Ericks dive from a 3 story building led to a quick release. P.S the only producer to have EVER produced a record for Erick Sermon was Just Blaze "React".

-Threat from Jay-Z's black album was done by 9th wonder on the spot. Jay told him he had hundreds of beats to choose from and if he could lace some heat using a sample of R. Kelly's Threat in 30 minutes he would put him on the album. 9th opened his laptop, downloaded the file and introduced the world to Fruity Loops and his expert chopping and filtering. By the time Jay came back from a Memphis Bleek session the song was done and 9th made the album.

-RZA's first classics from the Wu were made in Staten Island Firehouse Studio and 36 Chambers Studio which was a basement in RZA's crib. All of the beats that were to be used on every clan members follow up album to their solos was destroyed in a severe flood in his basement, he had to start from scratch and he said he was forced to start using live instrumentation cause he forget the names of the samples he had used for the tracks and he couldn't do them again exactly the way he wanted too again.

-Mathematics, the Wu producer and official DJ for Method and RZA is from 40 Projects and can be found in Baisley and gets mad respect from the area for being a real thorough and humble dude.

-Primo is originally from Texas and attended Prairie View A&M University and moved to his adopted hometown of Brooklyn in 1989. His original DJ name was Waxmaster C (the c is for Chris his first name.)

-LL cool J and Jaime Foxx got into a fist fight when Jaime tried to upshow LL while filming. Jaime was trying to embarass LL during a scene in the first game where Jaime comes in off the bench to be the QB for the first time, he called LL out and LL stepped to him, they had words and LL snuffed him right above his eye. Jaime was this close to suing cause he felt a scar could ruin his career but was talked out of it and received a settlement to drop the case, spoke on it during his comedy show but never tells the real reason. LL is a pussy though but fronts and uses his position in the game for leverage with the industry cats.

-Nas was discovered by Large Professor and Nas to this day holds undying loyalty to him and still work together on projects. Akinyle used to take a young Nasir to record labels to try and get him signed. MC Serch got Nas signed to an iron clad deal at Columbia that deaded any money to Serch if Nas jumped from the label hence the reason Nas has completed a 10 album deal and is a free agent and the reason that Nas does not acknowledge Serch or even his own verse on the Back to the Grill Again Remix, a Serch joint. Hov was right about the publishing on Takeover though as MC Serch is the principal owner of the publishing but also the reason that Serch's name is mud in certain circles.

-Busta Rhymes old group Leaders of the New School imploded when Busta and group member Charlie Brown got into a wild fist fight when news broke that Busta had inked a solo deal with Elektra and that the group would have to take a back seat while he completed his debut. He accused Busta of being selfish and stealing his character in the group and Busta stated that he was jealous and bitter that he was more talented and loved and that they were checking for Busta and not him.

-Eve's first label was Aftermath but Ruff Ryders bought out her contract and then Aftermath went and got her back when Interscope threatened to cut off funding to future Ruff Ryder projects if they got in the way of her going back to Aftermath. Dre looked out for Ruff Ryders anyway and blessed Dee and Wah with upper 6 digits to let her go.

-Royce Da 5'9 was Eminems original hype man and left him in the middle of his tour to cut a solo record with defunct label Tommy Boy. Royce's manager had criticized Dre in a vibe interview and Dre had banished Em from bringing them to any sessions and Royce caught feelings and distanced himself from Aftermath right around the time Dre was reportedly about to sign Royce to Aftermath. Proof stepped in and Em & Royce had been at odds since then but have recently squashed any ill will when Royce checked in on Slim when he was hospitalized for pill addiction.

-Lil John's first industry gig was A&R for So So Def. Jermaine Dupri got first dibs to sign him but passed saying that the crunk movement was limited.

-2pac only used body gaurds up till the very end, the reason? He didn't trust them saying "why put my life in the hands of a stranger" and rode with his rode dawgs who he had known since his Baltimore and Oakland days and Pac was also known to go places by himself but never ever without a 9 millimeter in his waist and he was certified at the gun ranges being labeled an extremely good shot, proof? The two armed cops he had shot when they were trying to rough up an innocent black man in Atlanta and Pac intervened and they drew their guns, he was acquitted cause they were dirty.

-Russell Simmons started Def Jam out of a one bedroom dorm in NYU with Rick Rubin (yes the same white guy who produced Jay-Z's 99 problems)The first acts to def jam were all signed by Rick Rubin: LL Cool J, Public Enemy, Beastie Boys and the ruler Slick Rick and was responsible for getting the Geto Boys their first deal ever to Ricks label Def American but were dropped when controversy surrounded their record due to the lyrics. He sold his half to Russell when he wanted to start producing rock and country and Russell went on to become the mogul he is today.

-The first succesful clothing line by a hip hop entrepenuer: Phat Farm (meaning it is still in production today).

-Diddy was fired by Andre Harrel at Uptown when Puff started being arrogant because he had styled Jodeci and Mary J. Blige first joints and kept saying he was the brains at Uptown. To avoid problems with Puff who was real close with Mary and Jodeci at the time he let Puff take certain acts off the roster with him to start his jump-off Bad Boy. One of the acts released from Uptown? A rapper by the name of Biggie Smalls. Puff was also a back up dancer for Heavy D and the Boyz and in old old videos you can see sean doing the running man and the wop.

-Tommy Boy was a label rappers regreeted signing to so in the end here's how they got out of their contracts: Capone and Noreaga ordered 150 cheesburgers, 50 chicken sandwiches, 50 heros and numerous other things and had them delivered to the label where they were at and had it sent to the attention of the president of the labels name. A notorious cheapskate, once the order was placed he saw the cost of the order was in the thousands and Capone and Noreaga went on tour and were informed he had to pay the bill. Out of fear of reprisals from CNN, instead of sticking them with the bill he released them to Def Jam but only after he got 300 thousand from Lyor Cohen.
Naughty by Nature opened a duffel bag and released 100 snakes and mice on the floor of Tommy Boy's offices where the president who was a woman screamed for her life and Naughty said if she released them she'd call the snakes off. She did and they slid off the label, she considered pressing charges but feared Treach's connects and thugs would come after her so she let it be true story.

-The Genius first single on Cold Chillin/Warner Bros was a bell biv devoe type joint that had GZA as a playa, the album is called Words from the Genious. RZA's first official single was on Tommy Boy as well and his jump off was a song that was called Ohhhh we love you Rakeem. He was mad playful on that shit and he threatened the label as well to get off and went on to form Wu.

-Lil Fame and Billy Danze were originally solo acts when they first got on. A hungry Lil Fame appeared on a compilation in the early 90's called The Hill that's real where he ripped the track up and built a crazy buzz on an otherwise forgetable album. He met Billy Danze during the recording of it and they bonded and the chemistry was so crazy they formed M.O.P.

-On that skit on ready to die with Biggie and Lil Kim were she was yelling crazy shit like "you kentucky fried chicken eating butter biscuit mothafcka" they were SUPPOSEDLY fcking. The producer Easy Mo Bee said Big told him and the engineers to tape newspaper all over the booths window so Kim and Big can go in there and did their thing. At one point some newspaper slid off the booth and an engineer caught Kim's legs in the air and a crazy look at Big's mount rushmore crack. Easy Mo Bee fell off his studio chair laughing and they finished the skit and it now a classic. But Easy Moe Bee said that they used chairs and shit to create that sound. He said they werent really fckin and that Big told Kim to go all out dissin him. It took them a lot of cuts too, this was in XXL mag.

-Big Pun (RIP) who used to go by Big Moon Dog Punisher was rich before he signed a deal. Pun who used to be a slim (for him anyways) 250 lbs was awarded settlement money against the city of New York for a lawsuit where he suffered an accident on a playground and suffered severe damage to his leg. He had the case pending since he was a child and at 19 was awarded an estimated half a million dollars. That also led to his passing though as pun swelled up in his later years from heavy eating and living the fast life and he was known in the bx for having some money.

-Trick Daddy is one of 27 (yea u heard right) children between his mother and father. His momma has 11 children with 10 different men and his father has 16 with a whole bunch of women (damn son that child support must be a muhfcka on his pockets). << lmfao

-Havoc's brother Killa Black comitted suicide in 96. He was a legend in the Bridge and one of the main reasons Hav could still to this day roll up there dolo with little drama but P is another story. He never ever goes back to 40th or 41st without Hav or Tragedy Khadify(Havoc's cousin) because P has gotten into numerous beefs around there over the years and has a rep for running his mouth way too much. Cormega, Littles, Iman Thug and Mussilini from Nore's camp have all had scraps with him as well as Horse from Bravehearts with Hav being the dude to have squashed all of them.

-O.C first appearance ever? Back in 91, Organized Konfusion's (Pharoh Monch and Prince Po) Fudge Pudge single.

-Bumpy Knuckles aka Freddie Foxx and Noreaga had some beef back in the day. Bumpy called him out on a joint from Industry Shakedown where he had said "im sick and tired of these rappers saying whut whut" (remember Nore after superthug was yelling that on every joint he was on?). Nore stepped to him with Murder Unit (Capone was still locked up) and Bumpy got real heated and told him "what the fck you gonna do about it? matter of fact say that shit on a record again and see if i won't come and see you muhfcka". Nore walked away and in the last 5 years has never uttered one whut whut on any record.

-Busta lost his first son (RIP) he was born stillborn and the tat on his right arm is the name he gave his unborn son.

-Jim Jones real name is Agurmella Jones. (lol)

-LL had been offered Jay-Z's president role at Def Jam but refused several times.

-Scarface tried to kill himself. True fact when he was locked up in the mental ward he penned "My mind is playin tricks on me."

-Dr.Dre and Ice Cube were gonna make an album together back in da early 90's called N.W.E. Niggaz Without Eazy.

-Dangelo's "Brown Sugar" is about weed "i met her in philly (philly blunt)" "thats why my eyes always shaded//blood-burgandy'.

-Tupac facts:
Tupac was banned from playing in many states because his concerts were wild. His song Initiated on the Daz CD says "My lyrics so lethal turn coliseums to murder scenes." He was sued by a woman who was shot and paralyzed at a concert he held in 1993. She said he got the crowd to rowdy.

Tupac was married to Keisha Morris but the marriage was nullified. In the unreleased song "Ghetto Star" with Bad Azz he says "an addict for a wife, livin the life, of a ghetto star". She has a Tupac tattoo on her arm.

Stretch was Tupac's friend and was there when Pac got shot the first time. He was later killed exactly 1 year to the date of that shooting. Pac says "and to that n*gga that was down for me, rest his head, switched sides guess his new friends wanted him dead."

-Little Known Facts About Tupac's Music:
Tupacs first appearance ever was on Digital Underground's Same Song where he raps wearing West African war clothes in the video.

Tupac started his career on Tommy Boy Records with Digital Underground.

Tupac wrote his hit song "Dear Mama" while in prison.

Tupac was first inspired to rap when a friend of his was killed while he was playing with a gun. His first rap was about gun control.

"I Get Around" was supposed to be on Digital Underground's album. Shock G wound up giving it to Pac and Digital Underground's label, Tommy Boy, wasn't very happy once it turned out to be such a big hit.

"Thug Luv" was just a song that Bizzy, Silk-E-Fine and Tupac were supposed to do but things happened and all of Bone Thugs -n- Harmony came in. Bizzy Bone that Pac came into the studio, wrote his verse in about 10 minutes and then left because he had to go model for Versace. Then he came back and sang with them all laid back.

Tupac had sex with almost all the women during the filming of the X-rated "How Do U Want It?" video. He collapsed from exhaustion.

According to K-Ci and Jojo the video for "Toss It Up" was shot the day before Tupac was shot.

The video for "I Wonder If Heaven Got A Ghetto" was filmed in New Mexico.

Hail Mary is I Ain't Mad At Cha Part 2

To Live & Die In L.A. is California Love Part 2

Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z... was supposed to be called Troublesome 21.

"Flex" was supposed to be on Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z., but didn't make it.

"Lost Souls" by Tupac featuring the Outlawz was recorded on July 8, 1996.

"Me And My Girlfriend" is about his gun, not his girlfriend

Hit Em Up 2 is really the original Hit Em Up. And the track we knows as Hit Em Up (the one on the Greatest Hits Album) is really Hit Em Up 2. Hit Em Up 2 (as we call it) was recorded first.

-It is rumored, Game's manager Jimmy Henchman is responsible for Tupac's death. It was on allhiphop.com rumor section 1 time. Actually he's the mastermind in setting Pac up. While Filming "above the rim" Jimmy's job was to show 2pac around the most rough locations in NY to get a "feel" of his character's background (originally). Pac met stretch, E-Moneybags, and a few others in Queens and just changed his whole persona. Pac started being real disrespectful to Jimmy and showing love to Stretch. Word throughout Queens was that Jimmy wanted to "discipline" Pac to show him that there are consequence for people that "front" like something they are not (gangsta) so after coming from a weed spot not too far from the studio (where he got set up) with mad jewelry on the people that Jimmy hired to keep him safe were the ones that robbed him. Hatian Jack was Jimmy's right hand man in the streets was one of robbers. It was a grab-n-snatch robbery (note only 2 of the robbers had guns but none was pulled out) only Stretch and Pac had guns: 9 millimeter and a 38 revolver, after Pac and Stretch got stomped out the elevator door opens and Pac pulled out the 9 and started shooting while Stretch maintain his loyalty and started throwing jewelry at them. While shooting Pac shot himself basically as the elevators closed with bullets ricochet through and all around the elevator injuring himself and Stretch. The whole story is in the book ''Queens Reign Supreme" crazy shit.

-Capone and Noreaga first met at Greenhaven correctional facility when they were younger...Capone was in there for shooting at a cop and weapons possesion and Nore was in there for shooting at someone during a fight in a movie theater. Nore was even about to agree to Trackmasters executive producing his first joint but they wanted to much doe for it so he passed.

-Nore was also the Neptunes first artist to ever have a hit with them. He was going for a renegotiation of his contract by offering Def Jam Ja, X and Hov as a group, Murder Inc but all the parties involved (Roc-a-Fella and Ruff Ryders) wanted to executive produce the album as well and Irv wouldn't have it cause there'd be too much confusion with too many cooks in the kitchen and Def Jam wanted a 2 album deal and an option for the group which no one would commit to.

-Omar Epps started off as an aspiring rapper before he became an actor. He was part of a group with his cousin and friend called the Wolf Pack which was being produced by Special Ed. He freestyled something once in the barbershop Cutty's but wasn't happy with the reaction he got and skipped without saying a word. They were dropped by the label that had picked them up 8 months later.

-Arizona has turned into the new hotspot for MC's and celebrities to live in like DMX, Swizz Beatz, Jenna Jameson etc but you know who tapped into that market first?? The godfather of gangsta rap himself, Kool G Rap. He was there way way before anybody knew of the area because of all the drama he had going on back home in NYC and his problems with Superhead first popped off there and rumor has it she shook daddy to return there for fear she'll get it from all the dudes Kool G has aligned himself with but nobody checking for her anyways.

-Kool G Rap's old DJ Polo is a big time porn executive who started off the hip hop porn videos y'all see now with Snoop and Lil John and he at one time had Ron Jeremy under contract.

-Back in 05 the youngest rapper with the most muscle behind him (financially and goon wise) was Cory Gunz whose godfather is Shaquille O'Neal, label president is Tommy Mottola and distributor and executive producer of the album would be handled by Def Jam president Jay-Z and whose father Peter Gunz is goon deep in the Bronx and up there with Lord Tarik, Fat Joe and Showbiz as thorough.

-Brooklyn MC Maino is related to Hommo, the dude who allegedly pumped 9 shots into Fiddy, by way of marriage. (thats crazy 50 has no beef with Maino)

-East Coast VS West Coast
No matter what they say, the Crips are behing the murders of both Tupac and Biggie. Everybody knows how the whole Pac thing jumped off but for those that don't... Some Bloods who were also members of Suge Knight's Death Row staff were shopping in a LA mall when confronted by more Crips, a fight took place and one of the Blood's Death Row pendant was snatched. While in Vegas for that Mike Tyson fight that same Blood recognized Baby Lane as one of the Crips from the incident at the mall, that's when Pac jumped on and sealed his fate by crossing the line from gangsta rapper to gang member, they jumped said Crip and he later set up the hit on the Strip.
P.Diddy (then Known as Puff[Daddy]) had security concerns when traveling on the West Coast obviously, specifically with Suge Knight, Death Row Records, and the Bloods gang, so who better to hire for security purposes than the Crips? Their blast-on-sight mentality towards the Bloods made their services a must-have for West Coast travel but the Crips decided to get gangsta on him and try to extort him for more money than he already paid Puff froze up and BIG's hit was set up.

-Deathrow VS No Limit
Deathrow (with Suge still behind bars) released the 2 disc compilation 'The Chronic 2000' which also took shots at Dre and set out to destroy everyone affiliated with Snoop and Dre's crediblity. With songs like 'Easy 2 Be A Soldier When There Ain't No War' (No Limit had repeatedly stated that they were soldiers in the No Limit Army with Master P being the colonel) performed by 2Pac clone - Tha Realest, and other songs such as 'Top Dogg Cindafella' - a complete bite from Snoop's hit of the exact same rhyme pattern, lyrics, and beat performed by Snoop clone - Topp Dogg, Deathrow went on to call No Limit biters and fake soldiers (much like Cash Money did) throughout late 98 to early 2000.
As is also Deathrow's style, when No Limit started to die down in 2000, Deathrow stopped dissing and most of their artists left yet again. Suge, however, stated numerous times he doesnt respect Master P and his music, and also Snoop Dogg for being "a bitch". No Limit never responded to Deathrow, only calling out haters out with generic songs aimed at nobody in particular. Though not a highly publicized beef, the song "Easy 2 Be A Soldier..." pushed the album to gold and slightly derailed No Limit's crediblity by calling out C-Murder for blatantly biting 2Pac and Master P for being a "fake thug".

update9-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-On Another forum it said that for the ‘Cradle 2 the Grave’ soundtrack there was supposed to be a song with Jay-Z, DMX and Eminem on it, but Jay never showed. The person who wrote it supposedly was the guy who produced the beat and was in the studio with X and Em. (pffttt @ Jay)

-Blinky Blink (one of Cam'ron's boys) saw Canibus at a party and knocked him out for some reason, Cam speaks on it in ‘Take 'Em to Church’ ("Well let me fill you in, now it's a whole clan of us/Blink so mad, he went and beat up Canibus") & Bis never denied it.

-Before the whole Canibus/LL beef popped off, Bis & L left messages for each other to try to talk it out; their label Def Jam kept them from receiving the messages & calls cos they wanted the beef to happen, in order to sell records.

-Ras Kass and Snoop Dogg used to meet up to battle in high school.

-Buckshot said Dr. Dre hollered at him and the BCC cos he wanted to work with some East Coasters right as he was leaving Death Row, but it never popped off and he ended up goin with the Firm instead.

-Rather known by now but Bizzy Bone was on America's Most Wanted as a 5-year-old, when he was kidnapped and sodomized. This may have led to him leaving BTNH, one time he said Layzie or Wish was making fun of him about it.

-Bizzie Bone and his siblings were molested repeatedly by their stepfather, and were kidnapped by him when their mother left him, which he says sparked his wild drug habit. Bizzie Bone also claims to have never tried X, and claims that he was pressured into doing a verse on "Ectasy".

-Game said his father used to molest his (Game's) sister, the man's own daughter.

-Supposedly the Dogg Pound snuffed Fat Joe in Cali onstage one time and Big Pun stood by.

-Lady of Rage said 2Pac called her the "weakest link" in Death Row cos she refused to jump on the bandwagon and diss Bad Boy.

-Canibus, Game, Erick Sermon and 50 Cent all sat down with Suge at different points in time, but nothing ever happened; Game also was in talks with Puff and Bad boy (he said this a couple of times, in songs and in interviews, before the Documentary dropped).

-DMX's managers (Dee and Wah, who later started RR) went to Puff and Bad Boy, but dude said X was too raw. After "Get At Me Dog" dropped, Puffy came back asking about him but X said it was too late and declined him. Dee and Wah also negotiated with Suge and Death Row but they said it wasn't right.

-While not doing anything on Death Row, Crooked I was making a "lawyer's salary" ghostwriting, probably for some big names.

-Marley Marl didn't want to record with, (supposedly) Kool G Rap, until someone (BDK?) said that dude wrote most of Biz Markie's shit.

-Easy Mo Bee said in XXL's Making of ‘Ready to Die’ special, that he originally made ‘Warning’ for Big Daddy Kane cos he knew Kane liked Isaac Hayes samples and shit. But when he played the beat Kane said to skip it without even considering the track.

-An unreleased version of the track "In Between Us" from Scarface's ‘The Fix’ album, has Nas using some of the lines from ‘Ether’. He doesn't say the name but obviously the lines are meant to diss Jay-Z. Apparently Scarface got wind of it and had Nas change the verse cos he's cool with Jay (Jay was on the album as well).

-Ghostface Killah said he was about to dead the beef with Biggie & offer to do a track when he heard homes got killed. That's why Ghost and Rae redid "Niggas Bleed" into the "3 Bricks" track as a bonus cut for ‘Fishscale’.

-The line "Life's a bitch but god forbid the bitch divorce me/I'll be flooded with ice so hellfire can't scorch me" from the ‘It Was Written’ song ‘Affirmative Action’ is a line that Cormega wrote and gave to Nas.

-JT Tha Bigga Figga still walks around the streets of Fillmore by himself like an O.G.

-Messy Marv walks with a cane, because he was at a spot and got set up and some ni**as came to murk him out, so he jumped out a 3 story building and took off, broken hip and all. He also crashed on a motorcycle around the same time, so his arm was in a cast for a while. For a year he was just messed up, then he went to jail for a lil bid.

-The Game released his first albums after JT The Bigga Figga signed him to the original "Black Wall Street" somehow Game bought the rights to the name off of him. He wouldn’t be shit without them.

-50 Cent don't got love out in San Fran cos when he 1st blew up, he went to Mission Rock nightclub for a performance, ni**as all tried to holla at him for some features on some tracks, and he got scared and wouldn't come off the bus. After that, a gang of people started shaking the bus, and he took off and never performed, then someone got shot there. That's why no one fcks wit him out here.

-Obie Trice and Eminem ain't liked out in San Fran, cos Obie tried to diss San Francisco on the radio station in SF saying that Frisco was a "fag city". His real quote was that he had to "walk with his back to the wall" in San Francisco.

-Game got ran out of the famous music store Moses Music out in East Oakland, at a signing while he was beefing wit Yukmouth. Ni**az ran up on him and him and his whole crew ran out the back door. He ain't been back in the hood out there since. San Quinn had his back which made Yuk and Quinn take a few jabs at eachother on some mixtape tracks, but they never said eachother's names and they have since squashed it

-DJ Drama never released a Gangsta Grillz 3. Vol 1 was a rushed product that was ass, Vol 2 was hosted by Lil Jon and he wanted him back for more. But by accident he told Jon that he wanted him to host again for Vol 4, when he wanted Jon for 3. So once he saw his mistake it was all over and Drama was scared to ask again to redo the shit, so he never did a Vol 3 and jumped straight to 4.

-Bizzy Bone had a rap battle with Jay-Z (before he blew up) and beat him. But some say it was with Twista outside a club in Chicago. Bizzy slayed Twista when Bizzy was just 16 with Bone.Inc (same crew-diff name) and that created bad blood between Bone and Twista for years to come until Lazy squashed (seen in the Beef dvd).

-We all know The Notorious B.I.G. was killed in Los Angeles on March 9, 1997. But, ironically, Biggie shouldn't have been in L.A. that weekend. Big, who'd been in L.A. since early February '97 promoting his 'Life After Death' album, was supposed to hop a flight to London on Friday, March 7, 1997, to continue his promotional junket. Biggie canceled his flight, and chose to remain in L.A. that weekend. He enjoyed the sunshine too much, and didn't want to leave it behind to go to an overcast London. You have to have a freestyle battle with Eminem to get on Shady Records.

and aftermath.

well for aftermath you have to have one with a artist on the label, Games freestyle was with busta rhymes, 50 cents was with eminem.

its not a battle its a freestyle when you first meet in the studio, its said as a challenge to see how you react under pressure and when put on the spot straight away.

if you hold your own and show even as a new and raw talent you have the will and head on your soiliders to be able to step up to a already cemented artist, is what its for.
